Help for opening and viewing supported phased-array inspection files in the Phased Array PAUT scan viewer Android app.

Include the app version, your Android version and device model, the file extension, the steps that caused the issue and a screenshot if one is useful. Do not email confidential inspection files unless support specifically asks for one and you are authorised to provide it.
The app is designed for Android 8.0 or later. It opens supported .nde and .odat files selected through Android's document picker and includes two demonstration scans that can be opened without selecting a file.
The standalone viewer does not require a login, subscription or internet connection for its core viewing workflow.
First confirm that one of the bundled demonstration scans opens. If the samples work but an imported file does not, check that the source file finished copying or downloading and that it is a supported NDE or ODAT file.
Install the latest Play Store version, close and reopen the app, then select the file again from a location Android can access. If the problem remains, contact support with the non-confidential details listed above.
The viewer is a review aid. Inspection interpretation, validation and acceptance remain the responsibility of appropriately qualified personnel working to the applicable procedure and code.
